You can fit up to 40 people under a 20ft x 20ft tent.
Please Note: Over 30 people is very crowed and not recommended

A 20ft x 20ft tent can be setup DIY. We recommend at least 2 people and for both people to read the instructions carefully.
Please Note: Although a 20x20 tent is relatively easy to setup. But improper setup can permanently damage the tent and endanger your guests

Maybe.. You can install a 20x20 tent over a driveway if the driveway is 20ft wide or less and 30 ft long or less any bigger and you will not be able to anchor the tent on all 4 sides.
Please Note there must be soft ground/grass on all four sides.

You can fit four 60 inch round tables or six 8 foot long tables.
Please Note: 8 foot tables do not work well under the 20x20 tent. there is no room for guests to get up or down and it is very crowed.

The area in red represents the clear space required for the tent.

(30 feet long by 20 feet wide or 600 square feet).

The area in yellow represents the clear area needed for the ropes and stakes,(ropes extent three to five feet from tent).

The green area in the picture represents the areas that can contain trees shrubs and other obstacles.

Note: Trees in the green area can not have branches that hang over the red tent area unless they are at lest 12 feet above the ground.

The ideal amount of clear space would be a 30ft wide by 40 ft long square area.
